About TRIBAL PRO STAFFING
Tribal Pro Staffing was formed when we noticed a drastic need in the healthcare space we were in. Tribal EM (a division of Tribal Pro Staffing) was growing rapidly, but when facilities did not need full emergency department management and staffing, they had opportunities for locums assistance but lack of quality in the overall industry.
Having seen and learned from our experience with other locums providers our goal was to make a difference in the locums industry. Tribal Pro Staffing affords our team members opportunities and ensure our provider feel respected, empowered and genuinely excited about our overall mission and vision.

John Shufeldt, MD is a practicing Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician and attorney who is dedicated to improving medical care. With 30 years of experience as an emergency medicine physician and a former medical director of eight different emergency departments, he is equipped with the skill and passion to successfully lead Tribal Pro Staffing.

With 15 years of experience as an Emergency Room and Family Practice Physician Assistant, Brian Gallagher has an in-depth knowledge and unique perspective on how to improve efficiency and performance in medical settings. Brian uses analytics and quality measures to create an optimal, patient centered model that is personalized for each hospital.
